About the tour

Discover the ancient Roman and Medieval history of Girona on a guided tour of the city’s highlights! Visit the Jewish Quarter, pass by the cathedral and meander the streets of the Old Town.

Learn about the Cathedral from your local expert guide — one of the most important symbols of the city, together with the Basilica of Sant Feliu.

Cross some of the most emblematic bridges, enjoying unique views of the colorful houses of the Onyar river. And get lost in the labyrinth of streets of the Old Town, discovering unique spots, corners, squares and streets while hearing some of the strangest legends and stories.

Try, right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, our two most famous delicacies: the xuixo, a pastry made of baked dough and filled with custard, and ratafia, our most famous liquor made of 40 different herbs and green nut. So good!

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I park?

There are two car parks near the meeting point: the closest, paid one, Saba Berenguer i Carnicer; a little further, and free, La Copa. In busy times you can find them full; in this case, we recommend coming early enough and leaving your car in the car park in front of the Ocine, on the other side of the river Ter.

We're late. Can I ask the guide to wait for us?

No. Out of respect for the schedules, the people who arrived on time, and the guides themselves, we always try to start at 11:00 sharp. The initial explanation lasts for about 15 minutes so, if you arrive a few minutes late, you will still find the group at the meeting point.
